By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS marketing from Klutch District during checkout, through our website, or through any of our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Klutch District. These messages may include order and shipping updates, abandoned checkout reminders, promotional offers, product announcements, exclusive releases, transactional messages, and requests for customer reviews.

CHANGES TO OUR SMS PROGRAM

Klutch District reserves the right to modify or replace the telephone number or short code used to operate our SMS program at any time. If we make such a change, we will provide notice when applicable.

You acknowledge that messages sent to a telephone number or short code that we have discontinued or changed—including STOP or HELP requests—may not be received. Klutch District will not be responsible for requests sent to a number or short code after it has been changed.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Klutch District is not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of messages or information sent through our SMS service, errors contained within such messages, or any actions you may or may not take based on information provided through the service.
